Shipping policy

All Ominous products are delivered by Royal Mail in the United Kingdom, unless outlined in your order notes.

Worldwide shipping uses a variety of providers. For information on the companies we are using to deliver your order, please wait for tracking information, or contact us.

Tracking information will become available 4-5 days after purchase, sooner with expedited shipping.

Standard relaxed shipping is 10 days inside of the UK and up to 21 days worldwide. This gives us time to fully quality check your order before we send it, and enables smooth transitions between global providers.

Expedited shipping can also be purchased, we see an average delivery time of 5 days from the date of order when using this option inside of the UK.

International expedited shipping times may vary. We aim for 7 days globally.
